Belly Button has a bump on it like a bouncy ball is inside it. Its right next to my piercing. Help!?

I got my belly button pierced about 2 or 3 months ago and I just was looking at it tonight and there is a big bump on the side of it. Its not the regular red one that you get when it starts to heal its like on my skin. Im scared out of my mind. It doesn't hurt and its not hot but its kinda big. What does this mean? and what do I do!? help please! :'(
