What hair appliance do you recommend for curling?

so i want to buy a good ceramic hair curler that is really versatile, something that's good for like soft, natural curls, but also tight bouncy curls. i really need something up to like 25$, something that wont burn or damage my hair....so what should i get? or what do you use that you really like? please help...thanks in advance :)
