13th birthday party ideas?

I am turning thirteen on saturday and my freind and i are having a combined party. 25 people are coming (Girls and boys)...it is going to be a pool party in her backyard, and we were going to rent a bouncy castle, but the castle rental place is all booked for saturday. We now need another activity we can do out side while the swimming is going on. Any ideas please???
