Horsepower gain with a K&N Cold Air Intake?

I have a 2001 V6 Mustang. I know it's not the best car in the world, but it's mine and I like it. Anyways, the stock horsepower is 193. I'm curious as to what my HP and Torque gain would be if I installed a CAI. And would I feel the difference?
