How do you feel about your neighbors children playing with your children in your back garden....?

I would be upset, and try to get her involved with other 2 year olds and have 2 year old fun days and the other children will be too scared to come over in fear of all the 2 year olds. lol I would probably not want a 8 and 10 year old hanging out with a 2 year old to begin with, they might not know their own strength. I'm not sure if it's appropriate to not let them come over, but they don't play with her anyway. Talk to the parents maybe?
