Quieter muffler type and brand for a loud exhaust system?

I have a Mazda protege 99, 1.6L, w CAI,header/pipe 2.25" cathless, but it is to loud, all my neighbors know when I'm driving. I've heard I can put a flowmaster muffler because they are pretty good and quiet, also I've heard about borla mufflers but they are too expensive. What do U recommend?
