Do I have a vaginal cyst?

I have a bubble probably the size of small bouncy ball. It feels like if you rubbed a balloon. I looked up on the internet and so far I think it's a cyst. It's on one of my inner lips and I am only 14 have not had sex ever, and I do shave though, so is it one or not? Oh, and it's kind of uncomfortable, but easy to ignore mostly. I just saw it an hour ago, and I kind of freaked looking over the internet. If it is one, then what should I do? I'm really scared!
