Who is the manufacturer of my SKS?

near the end of the barrel is stamped, sks 7.62x39 russia, above that, CAI ST ALB VT, however the c is significantly smaller than all over the others. Also also all over the riffle KO 2101 is stamped. On the butt stock it is carver too, however below that is what appears to be, 1413 or 7413, but it is X'd out. It also does have the bayonet attachment.
