How do those with multiple little ones keep from neglecting one, or some while caring for another?

I have three kids, 4.5 yr old twins and a 4 month old and while things do get a little hectic at times it's usually not too bad. There will always be times when one or more children will have to wait until I've finished with another but since my older two are twins it's always been like that in our house. Basically stuff gets done in order of importance and yes sometimes one child will be crying or complaining but it's never for more than a few minutes and eventually everyone gets taken care of. Right now obviously the baby takes up a lot of my time but the older ones play together and are usually pretty patient. My husband is also quite understanding. I manage to get dinner on the table almost every night but if it's been a rough day he has no problem picking up a pizza or something on his way home. It's all about teamwork in a family with multiple kids and everyone has to pitch in and help. The older kids sometimes entertain the baby while I'm cooking and they have to pick up their own toys so the house is not a complete disaster. It takes time to get the hang of it, but we manage :)
