My car is tearing my tire why!?

Ok i go over a curve in a road or around a turn or over a bump or just anything other than straight road my car is so bouncy in the back all i hear is Boom my tire being hit, but its just my rear Right tire like do i need replace my shocks? Roll my fenders? Do both? Is it just that my shock broke or something on that side broke like why is it just that one tire Being Ripped like that ?!??
