Should I get long tube or shorty headers?

I've got a 1994 mustang gt, the previous owner took the stock exhaust off and now its a pair of flowmasters(idk what kind), and I just ordered a CAI. I was wanting to get either a new camshaft or some new headers and I'm kinda leaning towards the headers but idk which kind to get, shorty or long tube, I hear long tubes are a pain in the a$$.
