Tein S Tech springs on a 2008 mazda6i?

I have the exact same car and let me just recommend you don't lower it. The suspension has gotten terrible ratings and for good reasons. I think Consumer Reports were the one's who gave it a poor suspension rating until the 2009 model came out and it got an excellent rating then. If you hit a bad pothole in the road and you're suspension's too low, you might do some pretty deep damage. Just food for thought.
