Hair Help Pleaseee!!!?

My hair is Naturally straight so it doesnt take long for my curls to go flat it litteraly takes 30 min for all my bouncy curls to just go flat. I was getting ready for school and i usually oart my hair in2 and i did one side and it came out all curly and bouncy (my hair is short ) and i did the other side and as soon as i was finished the one side i had done already was half way flattened out already there was no more bounce to it all the curls basically deflated with the 20 min i did my hair and i figured since my hair was nice and short it would not take that quick for the curls to come out and i even put hair spray right after i did a curl i would do small sections and once i finished curling them then i would put hairspray to keep them from deflating i use the treseme hair spray but if anyone knows how i can keep my hair up in curls all day pleaseee let me know!
