I have a 2006 1500 Ram Mega Cab. It's got a 5.7L HEMI engine?

I'm interested in Cold Air Intake and was wondering, will I provoke a check engine light and, will the CAI cause me to replace my O2 sensors since the air to fuel ratio will be altered? I'm putting flowmasters on it too. Any thoughts would be helpful.
