I want to tune my car chip to get more hp and millage from it!?

I have a 2011 1.8L 4-cylinder Toyota Corolla S and wanted to increase the horse power from 136 to anything higher then 150. I was originally planning on adding a CAI and maybe changing exhaust but someone told me that just tuning the chip would be good enough. So where and how to i tune the ECU?
