What ALL Can i charge this person with?

He Pulled down his pants 3 weeks ago and showed his *** to me, punched me 3 times today in the stomach, and stole my phone and when i said im calling the police he threw it back and then said he was going to kill me and that he wasnt done with me... Hes going to an alternative education school but i was asked if i want to press charges im gonna think about it. What all cai i charge him with ? My parents want me to press charges. The guy that did this is 16. Also Can he be arrested? Will this case make it to court ? I have witneeses
